Information Systems/Records Management Officer/Investigator/Officer - 1990 - 2003. Manlius Police Town Police Department. Coordinate information systems and records management projects and programs.  Conducted training, research and development, grant management, writing and administration. Developed and managed state and federal grant projects. Assisted with National and State Accreditation writing policy & procedures to meet compliance standards for agency. Liaison to area schools and other community organizations. Involved in development of Youth Court and Booth House outreach programs.  Member Onondaga County Youth Violence Task Force. Created internet presence for Manlius Police Department making it the first NYS Police Agency on the internet in 1993.

Police Sergeant/Investigator/Officer - Chittenango Police Department, NY, 1985 – 1990 Worked as Supervisor, Investigator and Patrol Officer in village police agency.  Developed agency records database and incident management system.  Implemented department networked email system. Co-Chairman of Madison County Child Abuse Task Force.
